Refund Policy

Effective: 15 May 2026 Last updated: 15 May 2026 Version: 1.0

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Telmur service for any reason, contact us within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund.

1. The 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If, within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase of a Telmur subscription, you decide the Service is not right for you, contact us at support@telmur.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid for that initial purchase. You do not need to provide a reason.

2. After the 30-day window

After the 30-day window has elapsed, refunds are not provided. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until then.

3. Renewals

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial purchase. It does not apply to renewal charges. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period.

4. How refunds are processed

Purchases of the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically appear on your statement within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Statutory rights

This Refund Policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence — including, where applicable, your right of withdrawal from a distance contract under EU and UK consumer law. If your statutory rights provide a more generous outcome than this Policy, those rights apply.

6. Abuse and plan allowances

We reserve the right to decline a refund or to suspend an account where we reasonably believe a refund request is fraudulent, made in bad faith, made because a usage allowance included in the plan you purchased has been reached, or part of a pattern of abuse of this Policy. Reaching your plan's usage allowance does not entitle you to a refund of fees for the current billing period — the allowance defines the service included in your plan, and you may continue to use the Service when the next billing period begins or after you upgrade to a higher plan. This section does not affect your statutory consumer rights described in §5.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@telmur.com from the address associated with your account, and include the order identifier from your Paddle receipt if you have it. We will acknowledge your request promptly and process eligible refunds without unnecessary delay.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above is always current. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

9. Relationship to our other terms

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them and with our Privacy Policy.
